Lourie is a fourth-generation Floridian who is looking to use her extensive knowledge of the area to help buyers find their perfect piece of the Florida life style. Lourie learned her work ethic by spending her summers working at her grandparents' citrus nursery, and has carried those same values of hard work and quality service into all the endeavors she has tackled. These were the same qualities that helped to make her successful when she entered into the competitive retail clothing market. She worked for major names in the industry, such as Anne Klein and Talbots. She was also a proud member of the Charlotte Russe team when they started to open retail stores in Florida. She developed her understanding of sales at all levels by working as management, trainer, floor and window merchandising. She also traveled to help the company maintain their standards in other branches across the United States. After her stint in retail, she started her own business, Southern Soul Private Chef Services. Working as a private chef allowed her the freedom to raise her daughter, as well as time to help her husband with his business. Now that Lourie's daughter attends Stetson University (she is studying to become a Biogeochemist,) she is excited to have the opportunity to use her knowledge of travel, sales, community and people to help her succeed in her new real estate career.
