Susie Parente is originally from Far Hills, New Jersey. She graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Exercise Science and Psychology. She immediately started working as the Kid Fit director for a local health club, developing their children’s and aquatics programs. From there she moved closer to her home, where she became a manager at another health club. It was there that she met and married her loving husband Bob without whom she couldn't do all she does. She then opened her own swim school, Safety Susie Swim School, in East Hanover. She also rode rescue and taught safety classes at Rutgers. She worked hard and built her swim school up to 1000 kids a week with 18 instructors. She had always wanted to live in Florida, so sold her swim school and moved to West Palm Beach with her husband and their fur babies. She ended up in Brevard County to help her sister, who had a stroke and jumped right in with her swim school. She got involved with many non-profits. One day, she went to Uno’s Chicago Grill to ask for a donation. She ended up hitting it off with the management and began her career as their marketing director. Since joining Uno’s, she has helped them to be known for helping non-profit organizations. Their Melbourne store is now number 1 out of 84 stores for their ‘Doughraisers’ and events. While participating in Dancing with Brevard, she met Nicole Grammer, broker/owner of RE/MAX Absolute Service Team. After speaking to her about her future goals, Susie decided to take the real estate exam and passed on the first time. She joined RE/MAX and is looking forward to a successful real estate career. She is ready to take it to the next level, and is very excited to be a part of the team!
