Sylvia Lamb was born in Mexico to an American father, a Mexican mother and six older siblings. Shortly after she was born, the family relocated to Compton in California so that Sylvia’s father could pursue his career as an ornithologist. After a stint there, she moved to Texas where she remained for the next 22 years. Sylvia loved meeting new people and always had careers that have reflected her love of helping others. She worked in the retail and hospitality industries for 10 years, holding every position from hostess to manager. After that, she decided to make a career change and went to school. She became a licensed manicurist and esthetician and got a job in the beauty industry. She loved making people feel good about themselves and stayed in her career for 24 years. Along the way she met some great folks, and some of her clients became close friends for life. This is where she met her future broker, Nicole Grammer and her mother! After a visit to Florida, Sylvia decided that she would make a move to sunny Brevard County. She settled in Viera and fell in love with the community. The real estate agent that Sylvia purchased her home from suggested that since she loved the area and loved to work with people that she should get her real estate license and become a real estate agent. She took his advice and started her new career in real estate…. and eight years later, she has never looked back! She loves real estate and loves helping people realize their dreams of owning a home. When Sylvia isn’t working, she enjoys life in Viera with her fiance, Gary. Sylvia loves spending time with her family– she has two sons, Robert and Steven and two granddaughters, Isabella and Logan, and she travels to see them every chance she gets. She also loves to travel and makes sure to visit every exotic place she can.
